DT Cameos>> Howard Wilkinson
Former footballer and manager Howard Wilkinson visited Harchester's training ground in October 1998, in his role as the FA's Technical Director. Having recently published the Charter for Quality, for which all English academies were to train their young professionals on, Howard is scouting for an England Under 19's Tour, with his eye on the Harchester youth team's match against Arsenal Under 19’s. Howard is impressed as Billy scores the first goal of the match, but it all goes downhill from there as the inexperienced Hari lets in two Arsenal goals. Frank, who has known Howard for twenty years, informs Billy and Leon they have been selected for the squad.
