GS: Pilar Hernandez (Marem Hernandez) Lia Smith (Jo-Anne Knowles) Suzanne Simons (Alexandra
Lilley) Georgie Thompson (as
herself) David Jones (as
himself) Hope Parker (Olivia
Sofie Newman) Tara films as Lia,
a spiritualist healer, works on Stuart’s ankle. Suzanne
swoops in on Abi, wanting to
know whether it is true that Fletch tested
positive for cocaine and she covered it up? Lia is asked to put her healing
to the club itself, to cleanse it of its bad energy that seems to be blocking
their chance of success. With Tash now taking on Jeff’s duties at the
club, she tells him they will need to find a nanny for Hope. Marcel finds Suzanne
in his room at The Grange, and when he refuses to tell her anything about
Fletch, she suggests women are not his thing, and Marcel reacts angrily. Tash
offers Marcel local representation, as his long-term agent Pilar Hernandez is in Tash mistakes
the newly arrived Pilar for Hope's new nanny, and is told she doesn't take
kindly to anyone trying to steal her clients. Tash points out it is only
Marcel's press she is looking to arrange, and Pilar is impressed with Tash's
business plan. Notes: Last appearance
of Tara Keane (Emma Harding) Best Known For: Jo-Anne Knowles was at this time in the
regular role of Janis Steele in Hewland’s other Sky One drama “Mile High”
(2003-05). Her other credits, going back to the 80’s with “Brookside”
(1984-85) include “Hollyoaks” (2000), “Phoenix Nights” (2 episodes, 2002),
semi-regular Mia Perry in “The Bill” (22 eps, 2006-07), “Waterloo Road” (5
eps, 2011-12) and Mina Van Helsing in “Young Dracula” (14 eps, 2007-12) The Best: Pilar Hernandez certainly doesn’t change nappies! Quotes: After Marcel manhandles Suzanne down to reception, Tash takes
over: “Clyde certainly never told you and if you use his name in connection
with any of this, I'll make sure none of my clients ever speak to you ever
again" Suzanne: “What? All two of
them!" Continuity: Suzanne must have been around Fletch for a while beyond his
cocaine addiction, which came to an end in Season 1. As she remarks how she
remembers his front room Jacuzzi at the Barrons, where he’s been since Season
4. What Was The
Score?: Passes from Sullivan to Marcel sees
Fletch slot in the first goal. Curtis, who wasn't
even planning on playing, makes it 2-0 against Soundtrack: Faithless: "The Garden", DJ Tiesto: "Battleship Grey", Ms Dynamite: "Dy-na-mi-tee", Spunge: "Roots", Sugababes: "Round Round", Primal Scream: "Movin' on
Up", Fatboy Slim: "Right
Here Right Now" |
