Sandra finds an intriguing wicked-whisper on her online gossip site about an ex-PSG player at a Midlands club who makes secret visits twice a week to a male friend. When first suspecting Curtis, she is crestfallen to think her great love Marcel could be gay. The first inkling Marcel gets of this is when Hankin appears at the training ground and starts asking weird questions.

Tash is annoyed when prospective nanny Linzie arrives late for her interview but Abi speaks up for her. With Ryan staying at the Grange after Stuart bedded Tara, Clyde offers him to come and look at his new flat. Tash thinks Marcel being seen tonight at a press event with famous pal Jordan will quell the press harassment. When Ryan sees the flat has no furniture, Clyde reveals he still hasn't moved out of the academy and will miss the lifestyle he's been accustomed to there.

Marcel's friend lives in the same apartment block as Clyde, and Hankin follows him there to snap pictures. In order for Ryan to get some action, Clyde says they'll throw a housewarming party. Pilar has the negatives of Marcel with the man, but Tash knows it’s bad news when she learns Pilar paid Hankin ten grand for them. Sure as anything, the story of Pilar paying for the pictures is printed across the paper.

Tash finds out that Jude is in fact Marcel's therapist, but when she tells him she knows who Jude is, Marcel flies at her leaving her shocked. When Clyde and Ryan's party gets too loud, Phil puts a stop to it at the request of neighbour Jude. When Clyde goes to have it out with Jude, he has a go at Marcel, who goades Ryan about the only woman he could get with wanting his father. Ryan grabs Marcel and Marcel responds by punching Ryan in the torso, as Stuart arrives to see his son on the ground.

Foreshadowing: Abi shows Marcel her continued support: “I think you're the best player the club has got and we're really lucky to have you"

Continuity: It appears Scott Lucas hasn’t remained Mr. Responsible since becoming a father and transferring to Chelsea, for the gossip website carries the headline “Just what did the Japanese twins do to Chelsea's Scott Lucas that inspired him to score a hat trick the very next day?”

Additional Info: The irony isn’t lost following Ryan and Clyde’s discrimination towards Marcel on his perceived sexuality, for when Jude questions them as they try to enter the apartment complex, Clyde responds with “Just because we’re young he thinks we’re here to rob the place!”
