encountered Jade, whilst her mate Becky is into Phil, though he
still has the absent Jacqui on his mind.
Later, Nikki witnesses Jade
coming out of the lift, upset and her clothing torn. Before kick off, Curtis
shows Fletch and Marcel scratches on
his chest, which wins him a bet that he slept with Jade.
As Patrick gives his team
talk, two detectives enter and arrest Curtis on suspicion of rape. Phil
confides in Jeff he will have
to admit to the police he got off with Becky, especially after Jeff points
out the lift where it happened has a camera! Phil encounters
his old friend on the Grange reception, and when the receptionist suggests he
could get him the lift tape if paid, Phil offers five hundred. The
receptionist tells him it doesn't sound as good as two-thousand! Curtis and
Jade give their sides to When Curtis is
bailed by Phil, he goes round to Nikki's just as Tara is moving in.
Curtis thinks Nikki hasn't spoken up for him because she sees Linton in him,
but Nikki saw Jade's clothing was ripped. When the detectives come to speak
with Nikki, she is forced to admit she saw Jade, who was upset with torn
clothes. In an attempt to shore up support for Curtis, Patrick asks Nikki goes to
see Curtis at The Grange and stands in the lift, before realising

alongside each other in the "Heartbeat" episode "Truth Games". Kalli
Clark-Sternberg was a member of girl group "Precious",
UK Eurovision entry in 1999 and whose band mates Louise Rose and Anya Lahiri also later had
roles in DT, Rose as Grace Ikema in S7 and Lahiri Emma Collison in S10. Quotes: Curtis, on the training pitch: “Did you see that? He
practically took my shirt off" Ryan: "Yeah you'd know all
about that wouldn't you Curtis?!" Continuity: Patrick’s words of "Just because things look bad for him
at the moment, doesn't necessarily mean he's guilty...a scenario which I'm
sure one or two of you are familiar with" regarding Curtis resonates
with Fletch, remembering his trial the previous year. What Was The
