		Bristol appeared in 1 episode of DT in Season 4 in October 2000. Michael Dillon was in the Bristol Rovers youth team before gaining a pro contract with the club in the late 80's. As his career with the club progressed, he met local girl Ann Patterson before leaving for further Division 1 clubs. After a season with Premier League Harchester United in 1999-00, Michael and Ann broke up, and she became pregnant by Scott Lucas. After giving birth to their son Sam, Ann took him to live back in her hometown. When Scott's mother Carole arrives, she is wanting to meet her grandson, so Scott accompanies her to Bristol. They spend time in a park with Sam, while Scott has questions on his mind as to why his father left the family over fifteen years previously. Carole is troubled by the questions, and distracted, bumps the rear-tail light of the car ahead. Carole breaks down and confesses Scott's dad left after she had an affair, and he and brother Darren do not share the same dad. Later in the season, Ann returns to Harchester where she and Scott decide to make a go of things as he transfers to Chelsea, though over a year later Scott confirms they have parted once more. In other Bristol related connections, Frank Patcham leaves the club to manage Bristol City's youth team.
