Terry Skiverton in Dream Team

Terry joined as Frank Patcham's Assistant Manager in Harchester United's youth team in the pre-season of the 1998-99 season. It was a prosperous time for the club's youth set up, with new hostel facilities and a wealthy owner in Jerry Block investing in the club's future. This however also brought conflict to the youth set-up, with a secret bribery deal between Jerry and Councillor Lal seeing Lal's son Hari being given a place in the team as a sweetener than based on merit. Hari of course doesn't match up, and the other lads bully him over this, leading to a highly publicised exit and accusation from Councillor Lal that his son was racially abused. Frank is left by Jerry to face the music that he allowed the situation to go on, though Terry is supportive of his boss. It all blows over and Frank stays, and there is much excitement building towards Leon Richards and Alex Wilkinson getting first team call-ups and potentially playing in the club's biggest game in their history, the FA Cup Final against Manchester United at Wembley.

As Harchester moves to a newly built stadium The Dragon's Lair, Terry also makes a move with several of the youth teamers to the first team, to be a coach to manager Luis Amor Rodriguez. Terry is loyal to Luis as previously with Frank, supportive when the press question Luis's position following a string of bad results. After the tragedy of the plane crash, Luis appoints his old Monaco colleague Ray Wyatt as his assistant, and Terry keeps a foot in the youth team, to oversee Scott Lucas as he is made to train with them as punishment for a stint on strike!

When Luis is injured, and will be out for months recovering, Jerry bypasses Ray and appoints his old friend Gordon Gallagher to manage the first team. His leadership is a total disaster and when the team rebel against his formation, Gordon gives Terry a tirade for not implementing his orders to the team. Terry works alongside Ray when he becomes permanent manager, and there to see Harchester narrowly survive relegation, Terry leaves the team to be replaced by the recently retired Andy Ansah.
