Business associate and lover of Stephanie Jacobs. He is a potential buyer for the club when Stephanie is looking to sell, and with their regular business meetings involving lots of champagne and lying in bed, he thinks he has got it in the bag. Stephanie is in one of these meetings with Clive when Georgina takes her overdose, and blaming him for distracting her when she could have been with her daughter, Stephanie cuts ties with him. Clive then bribes Biloo to sabotage the rival bid to buy the club, but Stephanie is wise to him and vows to never sell her club to Clive, and then fires Biloo for double-crossing her.
