(#266) Trials & Tribulations Sunday 10th November 2002 Early in his career in the 1980's,
Stewart was an assistant floor manager on "Titus Andronicus" (1985)
before two further TV movies in the Screen Two strand "The Insurance Man"
(1986) and "Death of a Son" (1989). Into the 90's, he was a second
assistant director on "Boon" (3 episodes, 1990), before first
assisting on "The Bill" (1 ep, 1994) and "Risk" in 2001. At this time Stewart was directing
on "EastEnders", with 14 episodes in 2000-01, followed by 4 episodes
of "Family Affairs" in 2002. He was also a First Assistant Director on DT at this time in Season 6. |
