GS: Vicar (Oscar James) Gemma McKenzie ( Monday goes down with an ankle injury in training. Linton feels Patrick blames him for the team's loss in Moscow, and puts it down to Gemma's sessions before warning her he will hold her responsible if he isn't in the team for the home leg. Lynda wants she and Claudia to get on for Sam's sake, while Claudia tells Lynda she has nothing against her, but believes she doesn't love her father. Jamie is spooked when Victoria hides in his car, and she warns him she will find her moment to tell Tash just who he has been having sex with! Lynda assures a terrified Jamie that she will sort Victoria once and for all. In the meantime, Lynda persuades Tash to stay at hers overnight with the excuse that Jamie didn't want her to be alone. The players have a restless night at The Grange, with Danny escaping to Lisa's to make the commitment of proposing, while Stevie in a room of his own finds he and Nikki can't stay away from each other. Danny is shocked when Patrick drops him from the squad for breaking curfew and re-appoints Stevie as captain. Linton finds himself on the bench. Lynda can't believe it when Victoria appears behind her in the exec box, having blagged a ticket from Claudia convincing her their plan is not dead in the water. Linton feels humiliated when Patrick makes him warm-up, only to replace the injured Monday with Robbie. With Victoria lurking around Tash and Lynda unable to keep a proper eye on her with the game, Lynda drags Victoria into the boardroom and forces vodka down her throat! Linton is so angry he is sent from the bench into the dressing room, where Gemma goes to check on him. Linton doesn't let her forget that he blames for her his woes, and getting physical with her, suddenly drops to the floor as if having a seizure. Soon Lynda has forced Victoria up onto the gantry where she hangs her over the edge, threatening to drop her off the roof like the vodka bottle which smashes below. Victoria is scared witless. Harchester are through to their first ever European Cup Final and face Milan in Amsterdam. Lynda finds Fletch sitting alone in the dressing room, where he again asks her to tell him she doesn't love him. Lynda can't back away, and soon she and Fletch are kissing. A buoyant Sam strolls down the tunnel and into the scene, where he cops an eyeful of Fletch and his fiancée, while Fletch’s glance meets Sam’s and he gives his devil-like smirk.
