Warren will be spending his Sunday on the golf course with Sean and Vincent, but assures stepmom Mandy he will be back for their prison visit to see his dad, Kenny. As they leave with their clubs, Lynette asks Sean and Vincent to take Conor with them, as they should remember themselves how hard it was to settle in. Lucy has gone to a real effort to cook Sunday lunch for Dean and her dad. Frank says she reminds him of her mother, and Lucy says she doesn't really remember her now.

The lads are joined by Fletch on the golf course, and are pleasantly surprised when they witness how good Conor actually is taking swings. Dean has been at the sports club pushing himself hard to get Georgina out of his mind, but then walks straight into her finishing a game of tennis. Dean spells it out that he doesn't want to see her again, she's still at school and he loves Lucy. Georgina tells him she can't just forget about him, and they are interrupted by Jacobs coming over. Michael invites Dean to join he and Georgina for a drink, which he cannot get away from. Jacobs tells Dean he knew he had what it takes when they picked him up.

Sean and Vincent have spotted two women playing on the course, and are determined to impress. Dean arrives at the Patcham's more than an hour late for dinner, but Frank tells Lucy to go easy on him when he hears the chairman wanted him to have a drink. As they head off, Mandy tells Warren she really doesn't like taking Kayleigh to the prison. Going for drinks, Vincent and Sean make out to Trudi and Gayle that they are hot-shot young footballers staying at The Grange before a match. Trudi gets a phone call from her husband and he's cooking dinner for her and Gayle, so Sean and Vincent will have to take them to their rooms at The Grange or nothing.

Frank makes Dean want the ground to swallow him up, when he talks about how he wouldn't want Lucy with any footballer apart from him, knowing he is a one-woman man! It doesn't stop there - Frank wants to give Dean and Lucy a start in life, towards a flat of their own or even their wedding! Dean just has to get away, and excuses himself for the bathroom. As they queue to be let in, Mandy reminds Warren his court case could see him coming through here in the back of a van.

When she goes to check on him, Lucy finds Dean has gone from the house. Sean and Vincent have got to find a way to get away from Trudi and Gayle, who are waiting outside The Grange expecting a room they clearly can’t afford. They dash through the kitchen and out the back entrance as fast as their feet will take them.
