Last Seen: Quietly leaving after his drugs test comes back positive, without saying goodbye to best friend Sean.

Vincent was in the Harchester United youth team and lodged at the digs run by the Baker family. He met Sean Hocknell, also in the team and living at the digs, and they quickly became best friends and the other's sidekick. Mischief was never far away, and team coach Frank Patcham believed the two were bad influences on each other, with Sean, who was the better player of the two, not taking his full potential to be as good as his brother Dean seriously.

Sean and Vincent spend their nights partying in Studs (providing Frank doesn't find out), lounging in the
health club or when at home, winding up the studious Zoe. When it comes to romances, Sean succeeds with physio Trudi while Vincent brings the attentions of Zoe's best friend Gemma! After getting with Gemma, Vincent's group of friends notice he is being secretive, and when Warren catches sight of him walking with an unknown man, there is suspicion Vincent might be hiding being gay. Vincent gives
Warren the explanation - he made a deal with his mom that he would keep his English A-Level studies up alongside his football, and the man he was seen with was his tutor.

When Zoe gets a boyfriend in Noah, Sean is jealous but suspicious that Noah is bad news. He persuades Vincent of this, and led by Sean they set about catching Noah with another woman. While Vincent is supposed to be keeping an eye on Noah in the university halls, he is actually getting busy with another student - and Noah's other woman gets out to be replaced by his mother visiting from Australia!

While the boys had a lot of fun, including Vincent being one fifth of a 'Spice Boys' performance at the club's Christmas party, there were serious times ahead. The crunch was coming where Vincent was needed to be at his best in order to reach the prospect of gaining a first team contract, which all of his team mates around him were vying for. He always knew he wasn't as talented as Sean, but hoped to be on the same level as Warren or
Conor who were both in with a chance. In order to improve his chances Vincent begins to use performance enhancing drugs, but it comes back on him when the club holds a random drugs test which Vincent is forced to take part. His results come back positive and Vincent tells a shocked Sean he knows it is all over for him because he is guilty. Sean wants Vincent to fight, but is gutted when he comes up to his room to find his best mate has packed his things and left without saying goodbye.
