Is overwhelmed by his brother's star status, especially when a disgruntled Scott goes on strike and hides at the family home, while journalists camp outside and Darren's friends turn on him over his brother's behaviour. Plays a key part in his brother's escape from the house by exiting under a sheet with Scott's agent Jeff Stein. Ray Wyatt believes Dave's presence is a distraction to Wes fitting in and bonding with his team mates, so drops a story about how a team mate of his own failed to make it as a pro because he spent all his time with a friend outside the club, which sends Dave on his way. |
