Trudi Peyton was the definition of a teenage apprentice's dream of a physiotherapist - and she certainly knew this! In the mid-90's her role took her to Holland, where she was on Ian Coates's backroom staff when he was manager at PSV Eindhoven. Trudi is in England, or notably, Harchester, in the autumn of 1997 when she and her friend Gayle encounter Sean Hocknell and Vincent Osamabiku at the local sports club golf course. The lads are determined to impress, and make out to the girls that they are hot-shot young footballers staying at The Grange before a match. When Trudi and Gayle are expecting Sean and Vincent to take them up to the rooms they clearly don't have the money for, the boys do a runner.

Sean gets an uncomfortable reminder when Trudi turns up at Harchester United a few weeks later, the physio under newly-appointed Ian Coates. Sean tries to smooth things over with Trudi and offers to take her out that evening. It seems Trudi can't wait to make out with Sean, and encourages him to get undressed. Trudi snaps a pair of handcuffs on Sean, who is now in his boxers, and leads him out onto the pitch in darkness. Before he knows it she has cuffed him to the goalpost and has whipped out a camera. All Sean can do is squirm as Trudi takes a snap and says this is for standing her up before walking away. Although she has humiliated him, Sean is taken by Trudi, and willing to involve himself in all her played-out fantasies! One such event involves covering the car windows with newspaper before getting naked inside.

Trudi helps Conor McCarthy when he shares his anguish of never having been with a girl, and relieves him of his virginity. While Conor is grateful, Sean is jealous of someone else cutting in on 'his' Trudi, and Coates who himself is out for some action with Trudi is less than impressed to hear the youth teamers are getting in there before him! Coates says that Trudi is in breach of her contract, and thus, he is sacking her.

The following year, Frank Patcham is caretaker of the first team while Ian is on suspension, and re-hires Trudi as replacement for regular physio Brian Hooper, then working under Luis Amor Rodriguez when he is promoted to player-manager. When Des Baker resigns as the youth team's hostel manager, Trudi is offered the role. At the end of the season, Harchester win the FA Cup at Wembley. The club leaves Addison Road behind with the building of it's new stadium, The Dragon's Lair, and while Trudi is replaced by Dolph as first team physio, it's unclear whether she continues in her role as youth team hostel manager at it's new and unseen facilities.
