Craig Lines directed 12 episodes of DT between Seasons 3-5. Working in sound as a mixer and recordist on a number of TV shows in the 90's, Craig's early directing career saw him oversee "Hollyoaks" (9 episodes, 1997-2014) with its mini spin-off "No Going Back" (2005), "Doctors" (6 episodes, 2000), "Emmerdale" (15 episodes, 2001-02), "Bad Girls" (2 eps, 2002), "Coronation Street" (5 eps, 2003), "Footballers' Wives" (2 eps, 2003), "Is Harry on the Boat?" (4 eps, 2002-03), "Grange Hill" (8 eps, 2005-07), "Casualty" (6 eps, 2005-07) and "Young Dracula" (8 eps, 2007-14). Into the 2010's, Craig directed 13 episodes of "Tracy Beaker Returns" (2010-12) and 4 eps of its follow-on "The Dumping Ground" (2013). Alongside a number of projects which he also wrote and produced: "The Owner" (2012), short "Tattoo" and film "Train Station" (both 2015) and "Tri's One Mile Walk" (2018). Also finding time here to return to his sound recordist career with mini-series "Harriet's Army: Harriet's Memory Box" (8 episodes, 2014) and short "The Guitar" (2015). Most recently, Craig was co-producer and head writer on "Cheat" (6 episodes, 2020-21), wrote and directed "Clik Clak Clok" (2022), and went in front of the camera to act as Lyle in "Sensitive and in Love" (2020) and lent his voice to Scratch in Podcast Series "The Package" (2023). |
